Their rooms are always exceptional and well decorated with conditioner and nice touches and tea/coffee. The location is great, 1 mile from Cozens Ranch House Museum.

Everything was great at this nice basic hotel. The venue had a central location close to ski Area. Moreover, it's right by restaurants, brewery and distillery, bus stops on the free Winter Park shuttle, and the center of Winter park ski resort. On site attached restaurant served outstanding food.

The staff here are incredibly helpful, and the room is beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed.

Comfortable bed, big size bathroom and television, a fridge, and ironing facilities in the room. Comfy and easy location in Winter Park, not far from restaurants, brewery and distillery, bus stops, and center of town. Free parking on site provided.

The room was very well decorated and good-sized, provided us with robes and nice touches, for instance, it was a very nice stay all in all. The food was outstanding and served in the café. The staff were very amiable and took care of us.

We really got great value for our money at this cozy inn. The room was comfortable and the bed was amazing. The location was perfect for exploring the town and everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly, helpful, and had an awesome sense of humor. They even fulfilled a funny request we had and made our stay extra special.

Big room & awesome views...

We were pleasantly surprised by the Lavazza coffee pods in the room and the beautiful bedding and comfortable pillows. The location of the hotel was also great, with a lovely creek right outside our window. We enjoyed opening the window at night and listening to the sound of the rushing water. Another highlight was the hot tub next to the creek, although we unfortunately couldn't use it due to water restrictions. The $10 gift vouchers for breakfast at the cafe were a nice touch, and the food there was freshly made and reasonably priced.

There were a few disappointments during our stay. The bed and pillows were far too soft, resulting in headaches and backaches for both of us.
